Can't change my location in my profile

Hi! I just sent over an application and received an email to provide my real location. Went over to my profile which stated my location was London, even though I live in Singapore (I am not using a VPN). And so I proceed to change it to Singapore however after saving it just goes back to London. Please help! I can't get my application approved because of this!
