One month membership extension.

Dear Sir / Madam

I paid for the renewal, for another one month extension to enable to keep selling yesterday.

But till now, my account is still showing that I have pay for another extension. The money for the one month extension has already left my account. So why is it that I am still unable to bid for any new project.

Please, I want the situation resolved as soon as possible.
