Clarification of Bayers' Fees

Hello, 

I have a question. 
Can you tell me what is the cost of posting a job (Bayer) for an hourly project on People Per Hour?
I brought the client on the platform because I was told by customer support it is 0 fee for me and the client. Now my client was asked to be charged $34... What is going on? Why are things so complicated on this platform? This is my 3rd ticket... one month of trial and error... Nothing is clear... Dear god do you even think about your sellers? Or you run everything by hidden costs and hope people will not see

  It is ok if I am charged while working with new clients from the platform, though.... But when I bring clients NO, especially when promised it's free
