My Project was DELETED AND DECLINE. I need my REFUND, ASAP!

I submitted my project and received a message that it was DECLINED and DELETED, with NO explanation as to why.  I submitted 2 videos and there is NO offensive language in my videos.  Can you please explain to me in detail, why my project was DECLINED and  DELETED?

I'm very disappointed!  I need my REFUND ASAP!
