I want re submit my application

Hello supporter,

 my application is also rejected for third time so what can i do please guide me proper way i wanna to work with people per hour

with full time freelancer.I trying again resubmit my application but there are only update my profile did,nt any update my profile.

so kindly grant me permission to re update my application and i want to work with this website.
