Got Email "Profile has been accepted" but still can't submit any proposal

I got an E-mail from info@peopleperhour.com on 27-April-2020 Stating that:

Dear Nitesh, 

Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, out Team has accepted your profile.

But I am still unable to send proposal.

Please help me, Thanks
