Got rejected after applying to help with the poster challenge

I went through the whole application process as I wanted to help the Oxfam cause and right after I'd designed a poster and submitted it, I got rejected. I don't know why I was rejected - didn't say anything except offer a "contact us" button which didn't do anything... it took the goodwill out of me.
