My money is not in my account

To whom it may concern,

I received an email from you guys not too long ago that stated that I am eligible to £25. I pressed on the link and created a post as I needed some editing for a presentation. 

Upon paying my freelancer, the money was not in the account anymore and I am struggling to figure out what is going on? 

Any help as it's urgent!!

Ans why does People Per Hour not have a contact number ? if they do then please can you give it.
