about the refund

I am getting out of this service !

Reasons

1 - your support is way below standard as there is no direct email or phone number

2 - every question takes time, and your charges are double dipping - you take from buyer and you take from freelancer

3 - there are scammers on your site, and its not my job to turn them in, but your job to make sure they are trustworthy

4 - to return money is very easy, just put it back to the account where it came from.  I paid with paypal, and its easy to return back to paypal without asking me for registrations papers or a goverment ID.  You dont ask this question to get the money either

5 - for the amount of money that you are getting you can employ sufficient number of people to give good service

6 - mails that you are raising money for poor people is not at its place, if you take lots off commission from poor people.  Lots of the people here work for really low wages.
