APPLICATION WAS REJECT FOR THIRD TIME

Hello,

Help please. I've got this message "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour" and there is not any title about that on your support page.  can anyone help me trace out the problem and the probable solution.
