Withdrawal done four days ago - money hasn't arrived in my bank account!

I withdrew my balance to my UK bank account on Wednesday, 29th April. To date (Saturday, 2nd May), I have not received the money in to my UK bank account. Your help section says it takes one day. Where is my money?

  Hi Simon there is a note when you withdraw to say there is delays, I don't think support is open today but it is taking 3-5 days I think due to Covid and staffing. I withdrew on Monday last week and received it on Thursday, so hopefully your get yours on Monday

  I am experiencing the same issue. Withdrew on Wednesday 29th but have not received the funds.
