Regarding Payment withdrawl

I got one job and completed job successfully also client deposited amount but did not released amount by client. Client was disappeared after I sent file to the client. I message client but client is not responding to my messages. As Client already deposited amount so is it possible to withdraw the amount? Please check and assist. Thanks!
