Hello ,
i got a work and when i finished the work and asked to raise invoice the option show invisible

i linked my Payoneer account and PPH confirmed my Payoneer account but still can't Raise invoice and it show the same message,
and i'v already delivered the work to the client,

Kindly help me ASAP,So i could get paid for my work,

  There must be an accepted proposal in the stream to be able to raise an invoice
