My profile is been rejected, earlier it was accepted - I received an email as well and now it is rejected.

Hi People,

My Profile was accepted two days back and now once I am checking it, it says your profile is not accepted. I received an email as well that says profile is rejected. I am not sure why this has happened, can you please guide me on this?
