So many rejections

I've written up a project only for it to be rejected on account that it's spam.

Read it and it's clearly not spam, I've even taken the time to draw and scan sketches of of what I want the designer to create. I've even placed the line "Please start your response with the word 'racecar' so I know you've read this job discription" in order to discourage spam among respondants.

Goin off the posts in this forum, the moderators seem to be on a rejection spree.
