No PPH Support

I've emailed PPH for support twice over the last week and via FaceBook Messenger without receiving any reply. Is the company in some kind of trouble?

I'm trying to find out where I can get VAT invoices for the invoices they send my company which includes their own fee (over and above the contractor's fee).

  You should properly log at your pph account then raise a query or contact customer care.

  I never face any problem at pph.

  Thanks. I've tried this although there are clear instructions that one can email 'support@peopleperhour.com' as well.

  I've also asked on Twitter and messaged on Facebook - no response.
