Why the projects are not appearing in the tab ( with no proposals )

Hi PPH!
I am working on this site for 6,7 months. I was very happy with your site and I completed many projects and earned a good revenue. I used to work in the tab ( with no proposals ) in which I used to send proposals on the projects which were UNDER MODERATION.
Now the projects are not appearing in that tab, why?
All of my work has stopped and, I have no money left in my pocket.
I have many friends that used to work in that tab, Now all of their work has stopped
Please do something so that projects start appearing in that tab.
