New Project - Managing bids?

Hi,

I was hoping to get some guidance if possible.

I have posted a project and have had some really good and interesting bids. I have managed to 'longlist' the bidders and was wondering if there was a way in which I could communicate with one message to them collectively i.e. I wanted to share more information about my project? Rather than having to generate a message to each individual bidder?
