Application Rejected

I created a new account on this website but after an hour I got an email My profile got rejected (don't know why) and when I logged in to account, it shows My application got rejected THIRD TIME. Why?? why third time? I didn't even try twice? What is the reason of this rejection?

  Hello Sir, 

         I'm Pratik S. Alkunte, I've register my new account on this website yesterday. So today I got a mail about that my Registered application is been rejected for the third time. Why my application has got rejected? What is the reason behind the rejection?
