I am new in this platform and my application was rejected three time but I was first time create the account so why it was showing three time

  I was really looking forward to work as freelancer and want to learn and explore the things in this website cause I honestly found it geniune but totally got disappointed by its customer service and helping centre.

  My application was rejected at first place and after 1-2 days later I got a e-mailed from website that my application is being accepted but when I checked my profile it was showing my application is rejected. Even I login through the mail they have sent me but it didn't worked out.

  Totally DISAPPOINTED by its customer service.
