Account rejected

Hello,

My application was rejected for the 3rd time and I did everything I've been told to

(Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour).

I tried to contact the online support team but I don't know how I'm new here & seeking for little help please guide me on what to do now.
