Rejection of my documents

Sir I am a student and want to work as a data typist. I had submitted my 10th and 12 certificate for verification but you rejected my application can I know which document you want from me? Being a student certificate is the most important thing than any other document. If you want then I can also give Aadhar card but plz let me know how can I post my documents again as option is not showing. Waiting for your answer.
