A bit confused on how pph works

Hello guys, i have completed my first order on pph. And I've got some questions. 1.i have some funds in my available balance and still have some unclear funds in escrow how long does it take to clear? 2. My buyer wanted to give me a tip but she can't do it, is there a how a buyer can tip a freelancer. 3. When raising an invoice for a completed job do you subtract the amount of the initial requested deposit? 4. Is it possible to request for the deposit of the total amount of a job before completion.
