why cant i post my offer?

I have written 150 characters in PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR OFFER, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS, and when I click post offer, and it still can't, and something appears in the PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR OFFER box, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS 'The short description should be a maximum of 150 characters long ''. and when I reduce the words he still can't post offer, the same words appear

  This happened with me also..i tried several attemps..but its still returning to that 150 words maximum error.. have you find a solution to this?..please let me know...

  If you have found the answer please let me know. I have tried and tried to post a new offer and getting exactly this!
