Application Rejected

Hello, as i am new to PeoplePerHour.com. I had no idea about the whole procedure. I have filled every mandatory fields. Updated my portfolio which i believe is strong enough to make my application acceptable. I have noticed that my application is rejected third times. As much i remember i had applied one time, but if i did three times accidentally, i apologize.

Please let me know what else should i do to get my letter accepted.
