WHY MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN REJECTED?

Hi,I am satya sworup gharai,i had been submitted application yesterday ..but i became to know that my application has been rejected third time ,why it is happened exactly  i cannot understand..all the process i had been done very carefully and correctly also..After that Why my application has been rejected..I want to know the reseon..Help me to find where i have done mistake...please help me............
