What a joke - how hard it is to find how to email a person at pph for help. ?

I have been looking to get a contact email for help from pph.   What a joke! 

How difficult do they make it.   V. annoying.  

If anyone is reading this from pph staff I have a problem that i was sent £25 to use that expired today.   So I went ahead with a project and paid for it.   But it took the full amount from my card rather than using the credit amount.     Please refund the credit amount to my card.
