How do I raise the price of an invoice and create a new one for an open contract?

I was hired to create 3 drawings and client wants the originals now. I have to raise the value of the invoice for the client to pay. He also wants a separate invoice for shipping costs.

I'm new here and I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help?
