Hello,

I work at Dublin City Council Parks department and would like to use a designers service to create an image.

I used to have my own business so payment through this system was easy. However payments from the council are more complex. We normally need to get a quote, set up a PO and ask the consultant to bill us once they have done the work and are set up on our system. As the company is so large and is a public body, we individually cant do bank transfers or pay with a card.

Is there anyway of setting up an account with DCC so that we can use your service. People per Hour would be set up and payments would have to be processed by invoice.
