My withdrawal request was not successful, no money has been refunded to my credit card

I received an email stating "Your request for withdrawal was successful and the amount of £20.00 has been refunded to your Credit Card"
I have checked both of my credit card transactions and neither of the accounts have been credited with £20.00, can you please look into this as a matter of urgency, when you receive the email above you would expect the money to be there.

The email is sent when the transaction has been processed from our side, please keep in mind that the transaction may take a few business days to be processed from you credit card issuer as well.
