Application Rejected

Hello, I am new to PeoplePerHour.com. I have filled every mandatory field. Updated my portfolio which I believe is strong enough to make my application acceptable. On my dashboard it is showing that my application is rejected the third time. I remember, I had applied only one time, kindly fix this problem if any.

Please let me know what else should I do to get my letter accepted.
