Paid for my offer has not been featured

I paid for my offer to be featured on PPH. The offer was for Social media banner. 
I have checked the offer list and I can not find my offer anywhere on the promotion board. 
You have take the money from my PPH wallet for my post. But I can not find my post anywhere not even on my dashboard to edit.

Please can you resolve this matter promptly.
