Credit efund back to my account

I am becoming totally exasperated. $200 US was supposedly credited back to my account but it does not show  up in my account. I have a pending order that I need to have funds escrowed for. Why does n't my account reflect the credit so I can get my order going? I am really, really frustrated! Keep on like this and this will be my last order on this platform and I mean it.
