unable to post my project.

My profile is accepted by your community and i'm very Thankful to you.
But when I'm trying to post an offer they said.

" Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

I was hoping that you could help me with this matter and advise me what I am doing wrong.
