application rejected for third time

Dear People per hour team,

I am freelancer but new on people per hour platform. i have submitted  my profile but got message from your team "application rejected for third time". 

Please suggest what changes should i do or what u need from my side in order to activate my account.

  The application not submitted shown '"application rejected for third time".

  what has to do with above error

  let me know what are the pending issues in my application
