Payment request has not been credited to my PayPal account

Hi Sir/Madam, I have withdrawn funds from my PPH account and wants to transfer to my PayPal account. It has not been credited even though PPH charged nearly 2% as a transaction fee for it. I'm checking my PayPal account since 4 days. Please consider my request. Thanks! Regards, Kansa Nawas
