Security question

Hi,

In order to tag a project as compete, it's seems that we need to raise an invoice, which I tried to do, but when I wanted to do so, a security question is asked "What's your mother birthplace", but I was never asked this question so obviously when I answer the answer is not recognized.

Moreover, when I tried to answer that in the settings, the answer is not registered, so can you help me to resolve that because, I can't say that my work is complete, I can't raise an invoice and I can't complete my profile by adding what is asked from me,

So what's the solution ?
