Account declined but have not got any mail describing the reason

Hello!
I am new to People per hour.
I have created my account about a week ago.
But it says that  my account request has been declined for the third time.

I have gone through the previous forum posts and read the article of Natale.
But I have not got any mail about the rejection reasons.
I would love to know the reasons and want to fix those so that I can start with the projects.
