Payments for Invoices Not Going Through

Hello:

I have purchased services from Shariful, but the last serval projects that I hired him for, I couldn't pay for the proposal.  I had to submit my ID and other paperwork, but have not heard back from you guys.  When will my account be cleared for me to purchase services again?
