Heard nothing from freelancer.

Hi,

 It's been 21 days since my freelancers first made contact and chatted about my task to help with. It went well and he was off on the issue. That was 21 days ago. I have sent him emails etc, asking if is was ok.

What is the appropriate time until I should take further action?
