Finding and Editing Paused Offers

Hi, I have paused all 3 of my offers but can't see them now. How do I get to see them again so I can edit them and un-pause/reinstate them? I would have thought there should be a 'offers' section under the main menu (the drop down under my profile pic) but can't see anything.
