Application got rejected.

Hello PPH team,

Recently I have submitted my application with necessary information for PPH team to evaluate. Unfortunately my application was rejected and I did not received any reason or any kind of instructions on how I can proceed from here.

I would like to request the concerned for providing me instructions on how to proceed with re-submission.
