Rejected application

Hello there,

My application was  rejected and I can't find any way out for the reason of rejection.I would like to know is it possible to reapply and the process.I have applied only once but it said that my application was rejected for the third time,please explain.After rejection I tried to apply from another email and got the same result.Please help.
