Application rejected for 3rd time

Hello Team,

Not sure why my application got rejected for the 3rd time.

 It says enter your real name and location. Despite doing that it was getting changed in the application.

I received the following msg (Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour).

I need your help to overcome this and please tell me what is missed in my application
