Account still declined even after i updated information

Hello, please my account still says "Application declined for the third time." I actually only submitted once and that was for a transcription skill which I got told wasn't really available for this platform. I recently just adjusted my details to offer my graphic design skills and I have no idea how to go about getting it activated. Any help would be deeply appreciated, guys.
