MY appilication rejected

Hi Team,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am new to freelancer, Recently i have created my profile. Unfortunately my clicked on approval like even though the my application accepted by your team. Now i got a mail saying that my request got rejected. Please help me out of this. 

I want start my carrier and build my technical skills. Please accept my application to start my carrier.
