applicaton got rejected third time although i logged in for the first time

application got rejected now what basis ? and that too showing that it got rejected third time I applied for the first time on this platform,also I want to know the reason for the rejection although every detail was correct.

I assume my application would get accepted instantly if I had chosen the fast track and by paying a certain only then will the application will get accepted,because i saw so many comments and so many people saying the same things about the application rejection and there was not a single reply to them because they had also done the application registration for free.
