Withdraw issues

Hi 

I withdraw money two tym in my bank account , both time it got refunded. They says my bank details is wrong. But my bank account is approved. I contacted to my bank . Again bank says may be there you guys doing typing mistake in swift code. Bank gave me the same details which I provided you. Again I am trying to withdraw but it says  account will be available after 15th June. I didn't understand what is that for. Why my account is unavailable. Your chat support is also off. Now to whom should I send this issues mail. Solve this please.

  We have the same issue. I noticed that nobody answers this issue.
