Withdraw issue

Why my account is not available. While withdrawing money from my PPH account it says account will be available after 15th June. And before that I have done 2 time withdraw but both time my withdraw got refunded. I asked the reason and it says my bank account details is wrong. I contacted to my bank. Bank gave me the same details. I think you guys are fooling or making some tricks.
