Location Issue

My Profile named Muhammad Waqas Rahat is rejected because of two reasons mentioned in the email i received as: Provide your real name and location.

1. Real Name Issue: To explain this I would like to tell you I'm already using my real name (Muhammad Waqas Rahat) as my profile name I don't know why is this an issue? If you need my Govt issue ID on this name I can provide that too.
2. Location: I tried to change my location 2 -3 times by editing profile location to Sialkot, PK  but whenever I go back it's the same as (London, UK).It's an error from your side. Please fix this and allow me to change my location so I can join this platform
